Une cour plus \u00e9galitaire, par o\u00f9 commencer ?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Atelier de sensibilisation aux in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de genre dans la cour de r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation<\/span><\/h3>\n

L\u2019objectif de cet atelier est la prise de conscience des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s qui se produisent dans la cour des \u00e9coles et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer collectivement des crit\u00e8res de conception pour les repenser en incluant la dimension du genre. Au travers de diff\u00e9rentes dynamiques nous analyserons les usages, les activit\u00e9s, et la distribution des espaces de la cour et leur relation avec les valeurs sociales, la hi\u00e9rarchie des genres et les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes sexistes. Les personnes participantes partageront leurs exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues dans la cour de leur \u00e9cole et mettrons en commun les probl\u00e9matiques d\u00e9tect\u00e9es en relation aux in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de genre, avec comme but d\u2019y trouver des r\u00e9ponses et des propositions d\u2019am\u00e9lioration. Notre \u00e9quipe accompagne le processus de r\u00e9flexion en y apportant des connaissances et des strat\u00e9gies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cet atelier s\u2019est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans le cadre de <\/span>la neuvi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de<\/span> REHOGAR: Dise\u00f1o Abierto y Reutilitzaci\u00f3<\/span><\/a>n. L\u2019atelier s\u2019est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 durant une des quatre sessions de travail, durant laquelle l\u2019accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur les relations de genre dans les espaces \u00e9ducatifs. Ont particip\u00e9 des personnes du corps enseignants, des architectes, avec l\u2019objectif de r\u00e9aliser une enqu\u00eate commune, en analysant comment sont les espaces \u00e9ducatifs et comment ils devraient \u00eatre, quelles sont leurs limites et ainsi comment pouvoir les transformer et quelles exp\u00e9riences ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nHack The School<\/span><\/a>, est n\u00e9 comme un pari pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et exp\u00e9rimenter sur la r\u00e9organisation et la transformation des espaces scolaires comme \u00e9l\u00e9ments catalyseurs d\u2019un changement plus profond, tant au niveau \u00e9ducatif comme au niveau communautaire. La fermeture a \u00e9t\u00e9 un moment d\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019exp\u00e9riences, d\u2019apprentissages et de solutions que les centres ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative. Cela a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 un moment de r\u00e9flexion et de travail avec diff\u00e9rents ateliers, \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur desquels notre proposition a \u00e9t\u00e9 de mettre l\u2019accent sur : repenser la conception de la cour pour obtenir une meilleure \u00e9galit\u00e9 entre filles et gar\u00e7ons.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
