La cour d\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e9galitaire de Joan Solans<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n

L\u2019\u00c9cole Joan Solans a fait partie de la Recherche-Action Participative afin de d\u00e9velopper une m\u00e9thode de diagnostic et d\u2019intervention de genre sur les changements qualitatifs de la cour de r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation. L\u2019objectif de ce processus est de diminuer les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et hi\u00e9rarchies qui se produisent lorsque les enfants font usage de l\u2019espace. Avec la participation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et des professeur\u00b7es, un processus de prise de conscience et une proposition d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la cour ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n

Le 23 avril, co\u00efncidant avec le jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 de la Saint-Georges, la classe <\/span>de CM1<\/span> a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l\u2019\u0153uvre de th\u00e9\u00e2tre <\/span>\u201cla cour d\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e9galitaire<\/span>\u201d \u00e9labor\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de la mise en sc\u00e8ne des conflits de la cour de r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation. L\u2019objectif de cette activit\u00e9 fut de transmettre des valeurs inclusives et non sexistes en ouvrant la participation aux professeur\u00b7es et aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui n\u2019ont pu participer aux autres activit\u00e9s de la r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation. La repr\u00e9sentation a eu lieu dans la cour, avec l\u2019assistance ouverte \u00e0 toutes les personnes qui travaillent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, ainsi qu\u2019aux familles.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prenant en compte les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019analyse et les demandes sp\u00e9cifiques des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, des propositions et recommandations d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la cour de r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es depuis Equal Saree. Celles-ci ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 proposer des solutions g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des changements effectifs quant aux in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de genre dans la cour de r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation sans impliquer de grands investissements et en modifiant le moins possible les conditions actuelles.<\/span><\/p>\n
